Josh Ziegenbusch began his career with the Athletics as a Ticket Services Representative. He has since risen through the ranks, with promotions to Manager of Ticket Services, Director of Ticket Operations and currently serves as Senior Director, Service and Retention. Josh oversees the premium services team, which is responsible for the Diamond Level and Field Box renewal process and year-long account servicing, as well as the execution of the A’s annual season ticket membership renewal and ticket operations efforts. This includes the membership special events and the A’s Memories program, which provides experiences on game day for the most loyal fans. Josh also currently serves on the INTIX Board of Directors.
