Andrew Anderson Devine is a Manager of HR Information Systems & Payroll at Trunk Club Inc. – a Nordstrom Company. He is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, integration and support of all HRIS applications, and leads the payroll team for the firm. Mr. Devine joined Trunk Club in 2015. Previously he was a Senior Analyst at Accenture, a leading global professional services company, where he worked on projects within their HR strategy practice. Prior to Accenture, he was a Generalist of Global Human Resources at a spend-management consulting firm, TradingPartners Inc. He was responsible for all elements of the human resources discipline including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and rewards, payroll, and employee relations. He has also held various HR roles at Second City, Pivot Point International and Citadel Investment Group. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and is a current graduate student at Northwestern University. He holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential with the Society of Human Resource Management and a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) with the American Payroll Association.
