Mr. Becker is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Banking at JEGI, with a strong focus on Human Capital Management software and services. He has 23 years’ experience as a technology banker in the enterprise software and tech-enabled services sectors and during this time has completed well over 100 technology transactions, including more than 40 strategic advisory or private capital raising assignments. Throughout his career, Mr. Becker has focused on providing high-quality strategic advisory services to his clients, leveraging his extensive banking experience and deep domain expertise within the technology and HCM industries. In particular, he seeks to assist clients in mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth equity capital raises, and divestitures. Mr. Becker has served as a banker on public equity and/or M&A transactions for HCM companies such as SuccessFactors, Kenexa, Taleo, SumTotal Systems, CEB and many other private growth companies. He earned an MBA with Distinction from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BS in Finance from Lehigh University. Mr. Becker is active as an advocate of/participant in several cancer research foundations, including Cycle for Survival.
