Cindy Damschroder is a passionate adviser & educator that places students at the center of their educational goals. By striving to create an experiential environment that engages our students, helps them to feel personally invested in their learning, and often offer advice and counseling to those students looking to define themselves within a large-scale university environment. In working with the Division of Experience-Based Learning and Career Education, she focuses on the instruction of Interior Design students and their Co-op jobs on alternating semester appointments. She is currently serving as Director and team leader for the creative disciplines in the Division as well. Cindy received her Master of Art History and Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
