Mr. Ricker has more than 36 years of experience in electrical power engineering, chemical/process engineering and project management for electrical utility, power generation and large industrial facilities. His extensive experience includes performing complex electrical power studies, design of utility and generation substations to 525 kV, large synchronous machine installations to 200MVA, and large industrial co-generation. His skills include EHV and large machine protective relaying, FACTS application and design, PLC & microwave communications design, and PLC/SCADA programming. He has served as company SME for NERC PRC, FAC & TPL compliance standards.
