For 30 years, Souza has had a career in Engineering using composites, beginning in the Aerospace and Defense Industry with the last 15 years in the Oil & Gas Rehabilitation Industry. He is a co-inventor on several patents related to the structural reinforcement or corrosion mitigation devices for piping systems. In addition, Jim is on the subcommittee for ASME PCC-2.
