With over two decades of hands-on, high-level restaurant experience, Marisa brings a passion for working with people to a numbers-focused niche in the restaurant industry. She loves to dig deep into the story that numbers tell about an operation and help distill complex issues for chefs and restaurateurs in order to positively impact on the bottom line. From her "first career" as a travel writer and guide, and subsequent years consulting on international projects, she learned to embrace the full spectrum of all things related to food, drink, and the Art of the Table. Her first restaurant management job was at Spago, Beverly Hills, when Wolfgang was still in the restaurant every day. Since then she has worked as the GM of Jar for Suzanne Tracht, F&B Director for Noble House Hotels & Resorts, opening GM of Susan Feniger’s STREET, GM of Campo and ADO for Levy Restaurants, and CFO for Piccino/NOONAllDay.
