Aaron Rice is Vice President of Authentic Foods. He helps oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the business and leads the foodservice division of the organization. Aaron completed his education at the University of Pennsylvania and began a career as a management consultant with The Gallup Organization. There he worked with many brands from the Navy SEALs to Ritz-Carlton to Anheuser Busch/InBev to build strategies around customer and employee acquisition, retention and engagement. In 2015, he rejoined the family business and applies many of the principles to help Authentic Foods' customers. He consults with many hotels, restaurants, and bakeries all over the country to fine tune and launch their gluten-free menus. He is a resource sought out by many of LA’s top restaurants including Spago’s, Gjusta, Cake Monkey, Vincenti’s and many more. Aaron teaches gluten-free baking and cooking at Surfas Culinary District in Los Angeles. He loves to share his knowledge of gluten-free recipes and techniques with everyone.
