Edith has 10 years of Human Resource experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Managing all aspects of the HR function and the People Lifecycle, she has supported key growth initiatives organizational core values, and company culture. Edith’s hospitality career began at Patina Restaurant Group, later joined American Gonzo (Pitfire Pizza Superba) as Head of HR, and now with Soho House & Co., overseeing Cecconi’s, Soho House West Hollywood, and Little Beach House Malibu. Her current focus and core initiatives include talent acquisition and retention, employee motivation, change management, and organizational culture. Edith is mission-driven, passionate about hospitality and continuous improvement. When not at work Edith enjoys traveling, watching soccer, boxing and hot yoga.
