Jamie Boalbey

Pitfire Pizza + Pie Society
Jamie was born and raised in Indiana, and got her start in the hospitality industry over 15 years ago (and even before that hanging out at the indoor miniature golf and pizza parlor her father owned when she was a child). Jamie moved to Los Angeles in 2006 and worked her way up within King’s Seafood Company for six years holding several different positions including regional training manager for their Signature concepts (including Watergrill), and project manager for the entire company. After her time at King’s Jamie led the opening of Fishing with Dynamite as the General Manager and Beverage Director. When she left Fishing with Dynamite, it was to take time to develop a new skill very near and dear to her heart. Jamie became a full time yoga instructor for two years teaching all over Santa Monica and working at the Westside Regional Center for adults with mental disabilities. Jamie is now the Director of Operations for Pitfire Pizza (8 locations in So Cal) and has spent over three years working and growing with a company she loves!
