Michael is a “Big-4” CPA with over 20 years of experience in several industries. During this time, Michael has worked with several retail and restaurant concepts locally and nationwide as a Controller and has had several positions in the finance arena. He has worked for various companies and clients and has experience with systems and building robust back office solutions for several organizations. His experience in day-to-day operations, building systems and process as well as providing strategic direction has helped to make him a well-rounded and trusted partner and advisor. Michael has worked with companies including KPMG, Taco Bell Corp., Whirlpool, Specialty Restaurants Corporation, Vans and several others. Michael is holds an accounting degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Orange County with his wife and two sons.
