Haymaker Meadery


Adam is the owner and head meadmaker at Haymaker Meadery, located just outside Philadelphia, Pa. Adam started homebrewing in 2002 and won more than 40 medals as a homebrewer. He found a way to turn his hobby into a career in mead, and Haymaker Meadery has earned 12 medals, including three from the Mazer Cup, two of which are golds. Haymaker Meadery has been creating modern meads since 2014 and focuses on all mead styles—sweet, dry, barrel-aged, pétillant naturel, and everything in between. Adam is honored to speak at Homebrew Con 2019.
