Seth has been an avid homebrewer for more than 10 years and is particularly fond of classic English and German styles. He revels in what he calls his “Laziest Brewery Ever”: brew-in-a-bag on an induction burner with no chill. He recently took a side job as head brewer for Steel City Coffeehouse and Brewery in Phoenixville, Pa., where he gets to reintroduce patrons to delicious, less hyped styles like blonde ale and English IPA.
