Dr. Chris Colliver, a Defense Intelligence Senior Level Executive, is the Technical Advisor for ISR and Acquisition Intelligence, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He is responsible for ensuring access to intelligence community assets necessary to mitigate risks to center procurement activities and for center-managed intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems to seamlessly provide data for exploitation by the IC. He advises the AFLCMC commander, engineering director, program executive officers, and intelligence director to deliver war-winning capabilities on-time and on-cost. Dr. Colliver is a native of Hillsboro, Ohio and began government service in 1988. During his 24 years at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, he helped revolutionize digital intelligence production architecture, increasing timeliness of products from months to minutes. He has served in a number of analytic, technical, and supervisory positions in the space, counterspace, C4, information operations, cyberspace, electronic warfare, and directed energy weapons areas. He was a leading force in the transformation of space and cyberspace analysis capabilities at NASIC, the Air Force, and IC. He has also served in intelligence community positions as NIPF Topic Manager and as Chairman of a national-level IC working group. He was promoted to DISL and assumed his current position in June, 2012. An avid baseball fan, Dr. Colliver is an FCC-licensed Extra Class Amateur Radio operator with experience in analog/digital communications using HF, microwave, and satellite. He holds a 4th degree black belt in the Korean martial art of Taekwon-Do.
