Director of Aerial Services



Darren is currently the director of aerial services for Draper Aden Associates where he oversees construction, survey, engineering and mapping. He spent five years with the Virginia National Guard as an imagery analyst and geospatial engineer and currently is a RQ7B shadow operator at the Bowling Green Armory. As a civilian contractor, Darren completed multiple deployments to overseas locations utilizing unmanned aerial systems for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; and served as both an imagery analyst and operations manager for a multi-aircraft element. Darren is a member of the community emergency response team (CERT) for Albemarle County.
