Joe Almodovar is the Senior Director Global Business Systems for AT Kearney, a global management consulting firm with offices in 40+ countries. Joe leads both the global HR and finance business systems functions, and also has responsibilities for North American Payroll operations. He has been a consultant and practioner for over 25 years with firms such as Sears, Kraft Foods, Unisys, and the Hunter Group to name a few. He has presented at Oracle’s HCM World, American Payroll Association’s Global Payroll Management Institute Forum, ADP, and also presented and written for the International Human Resource Information Management Association(IHRIM). In addition, he has implemented Cloud and On-Premise solutions for vendors such as PeopleSoft, SAP Successfactors, Taleo, and ADP.
