Dylon is a lead at Bell’s General Store and has homebrewed on and off since 2011. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in business management, and in 2016 he spent a year in Paderborn, Germany, to complete a minor in international business. During his time in Germany, he became even more obsessed with beer—not just drinking it, but the entire brewing process. He returned inspired to complete the Sustainable Brewing Program at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and pursue a career in the beautiful world of beer!
