Nick is a Bell’s General Store lead clerk who got his start in brewing when he joined Bell’s Brewery. Already harboring a passion for fermented products and having dabbled in channeling the primal forces of fermentation, it was only a matter of time until Nick took up the most sacred fermentation, beer. With the aid of his friendly neighborhood store clerks, Nick has even brewed some halfway decent beers. Talk to him. Seriously, he loves to go into the more obscure aspects of vegetable fermentations, curd formation, and strange brews.
