Robert Holman is a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at the FBI, Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, Partner Relations and Outreach Unit. While serving in this capacity, Mr. Holman skillfully leverages his technical and biometric interoperability knowledge to ensure optimum access to criminal justice information systems and provide enterprise-wide coordination.
Prior to this assignment, in October 2004, Mr. Holman was hand-picked to assist with the development of the FBI’s Next Generation Identification (NGI) Program and was integral in cultivating the initial NGI concepts into a mature billion-dollar project. In January 2012, Mr. Holman was assigned to the Biometric Interoperability Program to enhance public safety and national security by facilitating collaborative efforts with CJIS partners to implement and expand biometric interoperability efforts.
