Dr. Wang Hong, Party Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Baoshan District; Director-General, Shanghai International Cruise Business Institute; Professor, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Management Faculty. Dr. Wang is under the State’s Council special grant scheme, candidate of Chinese national Talent Project. In her long career of teaching and research, Dr. Wang has chaired numerous national level social science foundations. Moe than 40 of her research work have been published and awarded at national and provincial level. Dr. Wang has been appointed as CPC Party Secretary General after being Mayor of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Baoshan District. During her services in Baoshan, she advocated significant industry transformation for Baoshan district. Baoshan has gained the status of National Cruise Experimental Zone, National Tourism Standardization Model Zone, China Internet Innovation Zone, Shanghai International Cruise Industry Development Reformation Zone.
