Cristiano has joined Siemens in December 2014 as part of the acquisition of the Rolls-Royce Energy business. He has held the position of Portfolio Manager in the aero-derivative gas turbine business since November 2013, with responsibility for the alignment of R&D activities to market requirements and business strategies, support to sales and commercialization of new product offerings. Prior to this, he has held a number of positions in Project Management and Engineering, including Project Manager for gas turbine New Product Development programs. Before joining the operations in Montréal, Canada in 2009, Cristiano has spent five years in the UK within the Rolls-Royce Fuel Cells program, as Development Engineer and team lead. Cristiano holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Genova (Italy), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
