Juan currently holds the position as Market Manager for GEA-Dairy Separation for the US and Canada. Juan is responsible for the GEA sales team working with standardized and partially customized equipment with a focus on mechanical separation technology. Core technologies for GEA-Dairy Separation include milk and whey separation/clarification, fresh cheese (including cream cheese, greek yogurt), standardization, butter and butter oil processing, casein manufacture and bacteria/spore removal.
