MG (Ret) Dave Bryan is the President and CEO of Bryan Business Management and Technology (BBMT), LLC. BBMT provides expert advice and assistance in the areas of business leadership, business intelligence, business development and business management for the Federal government including DoD and the intelligence community and for innovative entrepreneurial companies of all sizes who do (or want to do) business with the Federal government. Areas of technical focus include all aspects of cyber operations and global network operations, operational and systems architectures including cloud computing and virtualization, information assurance, access control and identity management, training systems and curriculum development, strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to starting his own company, General Bryan served as the President of both the Strategic Solutions Group and the National Security Group, USfalcon, Inc; as the Corporate Executive Vice President and President of the Defense Systems Group, ManTech International, Inc; and as the Sector Vice President for Global C4ISR and Space and Vice President for Defense Transformation, Northrop Grumman Information Technology. His 34 year military career included assignments as the Commander, USSTRATCOM Joint Task Force - Computer Network Defense (then JTF - Computer Network Operations to conduct both offensive and defensive cyber operations, and then JTF - Global Network Operations the predecessor to US Cyber Command); Vice Director, Defense Information Systems Agency; CIO and J-6, US Pacific Command; andDeputy G-6 Army Staff. Army command assignments included the 35th Airborne Signal Brigade, the 112th Special Operations Signal Battalion, and the Signal Company, 7th Special Forces Group.
