You could say David Maus Jr. grew up in the car business. He watched his dad grow from a recruited salesman to having his name on stores all over Florida. He washed cars during summer and went to work with dad any chance he got as a kid. David Maus Jr. is the next generation of the automotive industry. When David was about to turn 15 years old his father asked what he wanted for his birthday, he asked for a job. Not being able to do much at that age he started stocking parts in the backside of the parts department at the original David Maus Toyota in Longwood, Fl. From there as he was growing up he transitioned to the front parts counter selling parts and accessories. Then he learned quick lube, service, lot and inventory porting, pinstriping and auto prep for the paint department at the body shop. At 17 he transitioned into the detail department, and at 18 years old, he chose to follow in his father (David Maus) footsteps, and he learned how to sell cars as a young man competing in a dealership of over 50 salesmen. Over a couple years selling cars and growing into a top sales closer he earned an opportunity to learn finance and then became a floor closer. During David’s career, he has held the title of General Sales Manager of David Maus Toyota, General Sales Manager of Toyota of Deerfield Beach, General Manager of David Maus Volkswagen, and currently General Manager of Maus Nissan.
