Matt Gregg, General Manager of Four Seasons Ford, brings a non-traditional background to his four years in automotive retail. An MBA graduate of Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management, Matt spent his early career working in the Satellite Television industry, focusing on strategic analytics and retention marketing while improving customer experience. In 2014, Matt joined the Four Seasons Ford team and his unique experience and strategic approach has given rise to doubled retail sales volumes and more than tripled net profits by focusing on the customer, developing and refining processes, and committing to continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
