Toshishige Ai is the manager of the Gas Turbine Engine Development & Integration group, Gas Turbine Engineering Department, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD. He graduated with a master degree of Mechanical Engineering in Kyoto University and joined MHI in 1996. Mr. Ai actively participated in the gas turbine development of new frames and upgrade design of F and G series. He was later assigned to Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, Inc. for 5 years to support the new sales and field support group in America. After returning to Japan, Mr. Ai is currently involved in development of the latest MHI gas turbine frames.
