Chris has been with Huber Engineered Woods for 10 years in various roles throughout Operations and Research and Development. He spent 4 years in a manufacturing facility as a Process Improvement Engineer and later managed Process Improvement for the mill, focusing on streamlining production, quality, safety, and risk mitigation. He later moved into R&D as the Technology Manager for the AdvanTech® brand, with responsibilities in New Product Development, Innovation and Technical Support for sales and marketing. Prior to Huber, Chris served 8 years as a US Army Field Artillery Officer. He holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
