Brother James is a graduate of Cincinnati State’s Brewing Science degree program and is the brand and beer educator at Grainworks Brewing in West Chester, Ohio. He has worked as a professional brewer at Urban Artifact Brewing in Cincinnati, served as a brand ambassador for Fat Head’s Brewery in Cleveland, and has been a homebrewer for many years. He is a Cicerone Program Certified Beer Server and is working toward a diploma in brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling in London, as well as pursuing Certified Cicerone and BJCP certification.
