Jeff Poirot




Jeff Poirot likes to brew and travel but also has a great love for cooking, which has helped and influenced his brewing. Jeff has long had a passion for craft beer, which was further fueled when he began homebrewing in 2004. In 2017, Jeff shared the Ninkasi Award with Nick McCoy thanks to gold medals in the Specialty IPA and Strong Belgian/Trappist Ale categories. They both love talking about craft beer and homebrewing, sharing brewing knowledge with others, and learning from others as well.
