Kathy Thompson, CIH, MPH, MS. Kathy has been with 3M for 24 years in various health and safety roles, including chemical regulatory and toxicology for adhesive products before her current position as Technical Training and Education Specialist with the 3M Personal Safety Division. She has developed and implemented Respiratory Protection and Hearing Conservation Programs for both Corporate Industrial Hygiene and at 3M's largest US manufacturing plant. Kathy has an MPH in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Lehigh University. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist.
