John Fontana is a native New York City born, raised and educated sales and management professional in the automotive industry with an eye on technology. John started his career at one of Jiffy Lube’s top franchises on Long Island, where he became district manager. John then joined DRIVE Medical Sales and Manufacturing to develop his experience in dealer networks and channel selling management and eventually earned a national leadership role and multi state territory. Before joining Rosco, John immersed himself in automotive technology by joining Vehicle Tracking Solutions, a regional Northeast U.S. leader in GPS and telematics, and honed his skills in consultative sales and support of fleet customers. When John joined Rosco Vision Systems his primary position for his first 18 months was to represent Rosco as a Northeast regional sales manager covering a territory from Maryland to Quebec including the NY Tri-State area. He also led national sales efforts with windshield based video recording technologies like Dual-Vision and Cyl-V, and used his experience to lead Rosco to more than two million dollars in growth. In October 2016, John was promoted to lead a national effort for a new vertical market called Videomatics and has established relationships with the top telematics developers in the country.
