Nan Cramer

Houston ISD


Nan Cramer earned her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a registered and licensed dietitian. She also holds the credential of School Nutrition Specialist from the School Nutrition Association. Nan began her career as a clinical dietitian and certified diabetes educator in several Houston area hospitals. She worked for the regional dairy council as director of school marketing for over 20 years. She joined HISD in 2013 as a community outreach dietitian. Nan has been in her current role as Director of Food and Agriculture Literacy Houston Independent School District Nutrition Services for 3 years.
