Mr. Baccich joined the Flagship team in April of 2014 as Vice President of Real Estate Development bringing with him over eight years of commercial real estate experience. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of new development projects for Flagship Healthcare Properties. Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects totaling more than $200,000,000 in costs and 400,000 SF. Since joining FHP through the end of 2017, Thorn has led development efforts for 10 projects throughout the Carolinas totaling over 200,000 SF and more than $55,000,000 in costs.
