Marla has proven success in developing and implementing strategic plans that integrate organizational and individual success in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, biotechnology, and consulting services. She has developed and implemented organizational change by integrating the needs and objectives of all interested parties to ensure the change is successful. Currently Marla is the Director of Operations at The Employer Group, a leading Professional Employer Organization that provides human resources and payroll services to over 90 clients, close to 3,000 people.
