Ms. Alaleh Jenkins is the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller (ASN (FM&C)). In this capacity, she directly oversees the management of the Department of the Navy’s (DON) annual budget and supporting processes, while providing independent analysis to her constituent clients. She also spearheads the DON Financial Management Transformation (FMT) as an enterprise-wide initiative that has direct impacts to and requires actions by all commands within the DON, to include the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Defense Finance and Accounting Service, and other Department of Defense Agencies. She’s a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Defense Financial Manager.
