Kelley Jones is the principle of Kelley Jones Hospitality a consulting firm specializing in restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and hotel food & beverage concepts and operations. He is also a public speaker and corporate trainer. He is founding partner of Trust3 Hospitality and LeLe Hospitality, with offices in New York and Las Vegas. His current ventures include XVI and JBird in NYC as Managing Partner. He is partner with Chef Angelo Sosa at Poppy Den, an Asian Gastro Pub, in Las Vegas. Mr. Jones is currently developing the internationally known “Dinner in the Sky”, part thrill ride & part culinary experience, to be launched in Las Vegas in 2015 and has been retained by ITV Studios to create “Hell’s Kitchen” the restaurant. @kjhospitality
