Much of his career, Tom has worked in R&D and new product development for W.L. Gore & Assoc., Inc. He has developed interconnect solutions through 110 GHz, EMI gasket and board-level shielding products, and dielectric substrates for high frequency applications. He has a BSEE from Penn State and an MSEE from University of Delaware.
