Ronald E. Quirk, Jr. is head of Marashlian & Donahue’s Internet of Things and Connected Devices Practice Group. Mr. Quirk’s career spans more than 20 years, including several years at AMLAW 100 firms and the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”). Mr. Quirk’s focuses his practice on a variety of legal and regulatory matters that are important to RFID and Internet of Things (“IoT”) businesses seeking to solidify and expand their markets including: radio frequency (“RF”) equipment compliance; experimental licensing; spectrum procurement; infrastructure siting; autonomous vehicle regulatory requirements; digital signage regulations; and broadband deployment to commercial and residential buildings.
