Leads the development within the research program of enterprise architecture, systems integration, IT/OT convergence, and CIM certification. Supports the technical staff and strategy development in enterprise architecture and integration within the Power Delivery Utilization sector. Stephan has over 40 year in IT, including several years at HP as a technical architect and manager. Previously, he led the USA team for EU M490 Smart Grid Architecture, and authored NIST Architecture chapters inthe Smart Grid Framework. He has a BS in Physics from the University of Chicago.
