Vickie is the Corporate Food Safety Manager for Saputo Cheese, USA with oversight of food safety programs and initiatives for all 14 US facilities. She has worked in the food industry for 30 years for several companies including, Kemps – Marigold Foods, Pillsbury, Land O’Lakes R-tech division, Cargill, and Kraft Foods. Vickie has experience and expertise in the areas of FSMA (certified PCQI Instructor), food manufacturing, pathogen environmental control, HACCP, auditing, challenge studies, pathogens, microbiological test methods, molecular techniques, and others. Vickie has a Master’s degree in Food Microbiology from the University of Minnesota. She served on the Executive Board for the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) from 2006-2011 and was President of IAFP from 2009-2010.
