Ms. Shiflea is an accomplished marketing consultant with over 20 years of utility and energy-related business experience. Rebecca has directed and participated in a wide range of utility projects, including customer communications and education, stakeholder engagement, change management, strategic planning and implementation, and market research. Prior to joining Excergy in 2016, Ms. Shiflea served as a Senior Marketing Project Manager for Leidos Engineering (formerly R. W. Beck), where she developed an advanced metering/grid infrastructure stakeholder engagement guidebook that the American Public Power Association offers to its member utilities. Rebecca holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado.
