Hal Allen has worked with the Distribution SCADA group since March of 1986. He has over 31 years of experience on the Distribution SCADA Master Station and Remote Terminal Units.. He is responsible for integrating the end of line meter readings and communications for the capacitor banks from the MESH communication system into SCADA.
