Mr. Prajwal Raval was born in Ahmedabad, India. He received his BSEE in 2011 from Gujarat University and earned his MSEE in 2013 from California State University, Northridge. He has direct experience in substation testing, commissioning and P&C engineering. Mr. Raval is a Senior Electrical Engineer with San Diego Gas and Electric where his interests include IEC 61850 based P&C engineering.
