David Quier is the Director of Operations for PPL EU. In this role and is responsible for managing the strategic power restoration efforts throughout the Pennsylvania service territory, including dispatch, field work and automatic switching capabilities. Quier received a BSci. degree in EE from Lehigh University, a MBA from the Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed PE.
