Fred’s team focuses on the areas of Smart City and Public Safety consulting, engineering, procurement, and construction for cities, counties, states, and the private sector. Before leading Connected Communities, Fred held various operations management and innovation development roles at Black & Veatch. With over 25 years of experience, he is an expert in developing new markets and creating new business growth.
