Responsible for all Ocean Park in-park revenue and related guest service opportunities in the areas of food and beverage, retail, games, photo and other third party operations. He has a long career with a subsidiary of the UK hospitality group - Trusthouse Forte as their Commercial Director in Hong Kong. I also worked as the Deputy General Manger of a subsidiary of Swiss Airline, and as the Country/Regional Manager of Mövenpick, the Swiss ice-cream maker and retailer. Before joining Ocean Park, he was involved with various projects in Forensic Accounting & Financial Consultancy within the Efficiency Unit of the Chief Secretary of Administration Office of the HK Government. He held a graduate degree in public administration, also a Certified Practicing Accountant from the USA, a diploma of hotel management from Switzerland.
