Debbi Kritzman joins our panel with 18 years of experience in Human Resources, with specific expertise in Talent Acquisition. Debbi began at Global Atlantic in May and was brought on to build a Talent Acquisition program from scratch. Global Atlantic hires over 200 people a year and they are working to ensure that HR technology is integrated to provide an exceptional internal and external customer experience. Prior to Global Atlantic, Debbi built a recruiting organization at Lifion, a start-up venture of ADP based out of New York City. Debbi’s roots are in recruiting- she held positions in recruitment at ADP, and was Manager of Staffing at CIGNA. Debbi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts. Born and raised in the Hartford area, Debbi enjoys skiing and soccer with her husband and three children. She has strong roots in community service and volunteering.
