Prior to Commvault she spent 11 years in Talent Acquisition at VMware. During her 15+ year career in Talent Acquisition she has led sourcing, recruiting, strategy, operations and employment brand. She sees partnering with vendors as an opportunity to gain recruitment efficiency and pioneer new ways to find talent. Her favorite quote is from H. Jackson Brown Jr.- Find a job you love and add 5 days to every week. This quote holds true in not only her own life but her approach to recruiting as well, helping people to find their dream job. Tracie holds a BA in Communications from the Ohio State University and lives in Atlanta with her husband and four children.
