"Coach" Phil Pederson




Phil "Coach" Pederson brings a unique perspective to helping today’s youth prepare for life.  His 16 year education career included teaching 4th grade and several years teaching advanced placement classes at the high school level.  In addition to teaching, Coach Pederson was a head wrestling coach for 15 years and a freshmen volleyball coach for 12 years.  Coach Pederson has been speaking to parents for 8 years ago and in 2014 decided to pursue speaking full time. In addition to speaking Coach Pederson writes a blog and is developing online courses for students, parents, and teachers. His mission is to develop the mindset and provide the love and support today's kids need to become thriving adults.
