Wayne Belk was named the ODNI Co-Director of the National Insider Threat Task Force (NITTF} in November 2016. He co-directs, with a designated official from the FBI, an interagency task force comprised of representatives from across the executive branch, and leads implementation of Executive Order 13587, "Structural Reforms to Improve the Security of Classified Networks and the Responsible Sharing and Safeguarding of Classified Information." The task force is responsible for building a U.S. Government-wide insider threat program to improve the security of classified networks and the responsible sharing and safeguarding of classified information.
